2007 - The joint venture with venture capital, ODE, began.
2007 - Investment in ODE Starflex commenced.
2008 - Production of ODE Starflex started.
2008 - ODE Starflex production facilities were selected as the "Investment of the Year."
2008 - ODE Chairman of the Board, Orhan Turan, was selected as the 'Entrepreneur of the Year' in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year competition.

2011 - Full acquisition of shares in venture capital was completed.
2011 - The Thermal Insulation Book was published.

2013 - The first Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report in the sector was published.
2017 - ODE Membrane's second production facility in Eskişehir became operational.

2019 - TAIDER - Kuzey Yıldızı: Received the "Sustainability in Family Businesses" award
2021 - The book "Practical and Illustrated Thermal Insulation" was published
2021 - The Greentech R&D center was established
2022 - Altın Çekül received the "ODE Select - Best Promotion Project Incentive Equivalent" award
2022 - The Eskişehir R-Flex production facility was commissioned.
2022 - ISIB (Association of Refrigeration Industry and Businessmen) - Leaders of the HVACR Industry: Received the award for "the company with the highest insulation material export."
2023 - A country management office was established in the UK.
2023 - Epiclub was established.
