With its intense elastomeric formula and high mechanical strength special felt carrier, the new Epikon Aflame is a 5 mm thick, flexible, durable, and long-lasting waterproofing membrane. It can be applied in a single layer on moving foundations and retaining walls exposed to high hydrostatic pressure.
Epikon Aflame is a next-generation bituminous waterproofing membrane produced with a 1000% elastic formula, an intense elastomeric composition, and a high mechanical strength special felt carrier, with a 5 mm thickness.
It offers flexible, durable, and long-lasting solutions for foundations and retaining walls exposed to high hydrostatic pressure, as well as terraces and roofs, with a -30°C cold bending property.
Thanks to its high SBS-content formula, it provides excellent adhesion to the applied surface. Epikon Aflame melts instantly even with low heat and spreads like a liquid membrane, ensuring perfect bonding.
Once adhered, it cools rapidly, creating an extremely strong bond to the substrate. It cannot be removed even shortly after application.

Definition
Produced from high-performance SBS-modified bitumen, it features a strong non-woven polyester felt carrier with tear and puncture resistance (1000/800 N/50 mm). It has a -30°C cold bending value, a special silica sand-coated top surface, a PE film-coated bottom surface, and a 5 mm thickness.
Application Areas
It is used as a single-layer waterproofing membrane in harsh climatic conditions, on building foundations and retaining walls, as well as on terraces and roofs.
