Erhan Özdemir, a graduate of the Middle East Technical University's Department of Mechanical Engineering, pursued his master's degree in Sales and Marketing at PDJ Business School.

He began his career as a Sales Specialist at Petrol Ofisi and has since held various roles in different companies. Özdemir has served as the Country Manager of Grundfos Pompa, Vice President of Merkez Yayın Holding, Business Development Manager and Trade Director at Tata Steel Europe in the United Kingdom, Founding Partner/Management Consultant at Zeon Consulting, Sales and Marketing Director at Mas-Daf, and Chief Commercial Officer at Yıldız Demir Çelik.

Özdemir, who has undertaken different roles within the company to date, serves as CCO and manages Marketing, Business Development and domestic sales operations.
