EXCLUSIVITY AGREEMENT BETWEEN ODE INSULATION AND MANNAI TRADING CO.

ODE Insulation, Turkey's insulation company with the most extensive network of overseas dealerships has signed an exclusivity agreement with Mannai Trading Co., a company which implements prestigious projects in Qatar. The deal will furnish projects in Qatar with ODE Insulation's R-Flex and Starflex series thermal and sound insulation products. As the first step in this endeavor, ODE R-Flex elastomeric rubber foam thermal insulation products were selected for use in the Barwa Family Housing / Barwa Labor Accommodation project that is set on an area of 1.9 square meters in Qatar.

ODE, the insulation company with has the widest network of overseas dealerships in Turkey, comprising 225 dealers has signed its most recent agreement with Mannai, Energy & Industrial Markets (“E&IM”) Group, a division of Mannai Trading Company WLL – Subsidiary of Mannai Corporation Q.P.S.C.,,  a leading provider of comprehensive services to international manufacturers, suppliers and contractors. The exclusivity agreement forged between ODE Insulation and Mannai covers R-Flex elastomeric rubber foam and Stareflex glass wool products.

ODE R-Flex will be used in Qatar's prestige project

Following the agreement between ODE Insulation and Mannai Trading Co., ODE products were selected for use in the Barwa Family Housing / Barwa Labor Accommodation, one of the largest and most prestigious projects of the year in Qatar.  ODE R-Flex elastomeric rubber foam thermal insulation products will be used in this prestigious project. Back in March, ODE Insulation had announced that it had pressed the button for a TRY 100 Million investment in R-Flex elastomeric rubber foam thermal insulation products. With the facility that is scheduled to become operational by the end of this year, ODE Insulation will quadruple increase its capacity in these products to a total volume of 18 tons per year.
