Born in 1969, Hüseyin Adanalı is the founder of Adisa Consulting Development and Information Systems. He graduated at the top of his class from the Industrial Engineering Department of Yıldız Technical University and completed his master's degree in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. During his master's studies, he served as an industrial engineer in the Human Resources department at Elginkan Holding.

He began his career at Koç Holding A.Ş., initially in the Organization and Method Coordination department, and later at Koç İ.d.e.a. A.Ş., where he worked as a specialist and project leader. In these roles, he successfully managed numerous consultancy projects focused on strategic planning, organizational review, restructuring, process management, and performance management.

Since 2001, Hüseyin Adanalı has been providing consultancy services and leading numerous projects in corporate transformation and development at ADISA, the company he founded.ADISA Consulting, headquartered in Istanbul with branches in İzmir, Bursa, and Gaziantep, employs over 40 full-time consultants. The company collaborates with leading firms in the industry to conduct research and development projects in the areas of strategy, organization, process, efficiency, human resources, and leadership.
