ODE R–FLEX BANDS | ODE R-FLEX provides full sealing with Reinforced Rubber Tapes. Economical installation is made with ODE R-FLEX, PVC Tapes. |
ODE KONFiX (ODE R-FLEX ADHESIVE) | It is a synthetic rubber based, super strong adhesive used in ODE R-Flex applications. It prevents convection current at the joints and ensures easy and fast installation. The surfaces to be bonded should not be oily or dusty. ODE Konfix should be applied equally to both surfaces with a roller, brush or spraying method, and bonding should be ensured under constant pressure. Drying time varies between 10 seconds and 4 minutes, and the time required for full adhesion is 24 hours. |

INSULATION OF AIR CONDITIONING DUCTS
Apply ODE R-Flex Adhesive to the surface of the ODE R-Flex Sheet to be adhered and to the channel. To get good results, coat the bottom surface of the channel first, then the side surfaces and finally the top surface.
INSULATION OF TANKS
Cut the measurements by transferring them to an ODE R-Flex Sheet. Apply ODE R-Flex Adhesive to the entire surface of the ODE R-Flex Sheet with a spatula, and to the surface of the tank with a brush. Apply glue to the edges of the plate and glue the plate to the tank. Pin the edges together.
To insulate the curved part, measure it with ODE R-Flex Sheet.
By calculating the radius, draw the circle that will cover the curved part. Carefully cut the circle from the marked places.
Apply ODE R-Flex Adhesive to the piece you cut and the curved surface of the tank to be coated.
Once the part is adhered, apply ODE R-Flex Adhesive all around the edges. After drying, press firmly and attach it with the ODE R-Flex Sheet on the body.
