Ozan Turan, a graduate of Yeditepe University's Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, received training in Family Businesses and Entrepreneurship at Stanford University. Starting his professional career at ODE Insulation as an Export Sales Representative, Turan continued his career as a Sales Engineer at Viessmann Middle East in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

After serving as the Sales and Marketing Director for ODE Insulation in Russia from 2013 to 2014, Turan became the Business Development Manager for ODE Insulation in Asia. After gaining international business experience, he completed his MBA in Marketing and Management at Bentley University. Following this, Turan took on various roles within ODE Insulation, including International Business Development Manager and Export Director.

Since 2013, Turan has been serving as an Ernst & Young Next Gen Turkey Ambassador and represents ODE Insulation in sectoral associations. In the past, he held positions such as a member of the Foreign Trade Commission at the Association of Turkish Construction Material Producers (İMSAD), Chairman of the Foreign Trade Working Group at the Association of Thermal, Water, Sound, and Fire Insulators (İZODER), and Board Member at the Bituminous Waterproofing Producers Association (BİTÜDER).

Currently, Ozan Turan continues his involvement in civil society as a Board Member of İZODER and a member of the Turkey Family Businesses Association (TAİDER). Having undertaken various roles within the company, he currently serves as the Marketing Director responsible for all domestic and international marketing and business development activities at ODE Insulation.
