Özgür Kaan Alioğlu, a graduate of the Middle East Technical University Mechanical Engineering Department, has worked in the building materials, construction chemicals, and HVAC industries.

He has held various positions such as Project Sales Manager at Vaillant Turkey, General Manager at URSA Heat Insulation, Commercial Director for the Middle East at Bozzetto Kimya, General Manager at Austrotherm Turkey, and Group Business Development Director at Austrotherm GmbH. Currently, he serves as the Chief Sales Officer and a Member of the Board of Directors at ODE Yalıtım, one of the leading companies in the insulation sector in Turkey and exporting to over 75 countries on six continents.
