ODE Insulation Vice Chairman of the Board Seher Turan graduated from Marmara University's Department of Business Administration in 1981. Afterward, she pursued an MBA at Istanbul University. Starting her career as a Financial Affairs Specialist in a private company, Turan worked in various companies for a total of six years. She served as the Financial Affairs Manager in her last position before joining ODE Insulation in 1988. Seher Turan was responsible for all financial matters of the company. Until 2007, she continued her role as CFO. Since the transition to a corporate structure in 2007, Seher Turan has been serving as the Vice Chairman of the Board.
