Tarık Uslu, a graduate of the Middle East Technical University's Department of Mechanical Engineering, completed the Executive MBA program at Izmir University of Economics.

He has worked in the white goods, automotive, and insulation sectors. Beginning his professional career as a Production Engineer at TEBA Günkol A.Ş, Uslu later held various positions, including Product Development Engineer, Design Engineer, Product Development Chief, Product Development Manager, CMS Çiğli Factory Manager, Technical Vice Presidency, and General Manager of CMS Jant ve Makine Sanayi A.Ş. Subsequently, he served as the Technical Deputy General Manager at ODE Insulation.

Currently, Tarık Uslu serves as an Independent Board Member at ODE Insulation.
